A Senior Partner in the Board & CEO Succession practice at Korn Ferry, Margie combines her doctoral research with her experience in business, coaching, psychology, and consulting to provide sharp insights to meet the complex challenges facing leaders today.

Margie’s commitment to cultivating braver leadership spans to advising US Congressional Chiefs, McCain Global Fellows and female leaders in burgeoning democracies. A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Margie’s served on numerous government roundtables and co-leads the Korn Ferry’s ‘Power of All’ initiative to strengthen succession pipelines of female talent to C-suite and boardrooms.
In 2020, Margie relocated back to the US (for the second time) after a decade in Singapore and Australia. She resides in Alexandria Virginia, near Washington DC. Outside of work, Margie’s passion for adventure travel inspired summiting Mt Kilimanjaro with her husband and four children.
