Beth Feuring, Susan Kalist, and Becki Feldmann bring a wealth of experience across culture, commercial banking, and brand management. Bios:
Beth Feuring: Beth Feuring is the SVP, Director of Talent Experience and Culture for Commerce Bank. In her role, she leads a wonderfully creative and talented team who facilitate professional growth, connect team members and potential team members to our culture, and continually seek ways to inspire inclusion.
During her over 20-year tenure, she has been instrumental in creating internal leadership programs, establishing employee resource groups, humanizing internal communication, enhancing the succession planning and annual team member survey processes, building programs that reinforce the company’s values and purpose, and implementing an innovative performance management process.
She is passionate about keeping a pulse on the ever-changing landscape of what drives team member engagement. This allows her to lead forward thinking initiatives that create meaningful experiences throughout the team member lifecycle.
As part of the Talent Management senior leadership team, Beth works directly with executive leadership, her peers and internal stakeholders to shape a culture that leads to successful business outcomes. Beth received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and earned her graduate degree from Missouri Baptist University.
Outside of work, Beth is a proud wife and mother to a beautiful daughter and two adorable (and adventurous) boys.
Susan Kalist: Susan Kalist is SVP, Division Manager for Business Banking at Commerce Bank for the St. Louis Metro market. Mrs. Kalist holds a BS from Maryville University in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. She joined Commerce Bank in 2017 and has worked in commercial banking in this market for over 25 years. She has previously served on the board of Cardinal Ritter Senior Services and the Economic Development Counsel of St. Charles County. She currently serves as Treasurer for SAGES LLC and is actively involved in her church. Mrs. Kalist enjoys swimming, Cardinal’s baseball, and travel with her husband and three children.
Becki Feldmann: In her role as Assistant Vice President, Sr. Employee Experience and Brand Strategist for Commerce Bank, Becki Feldmann provides dynamic and engaging leadership in the attraction and retention of employees. She was recruited for her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for creating great places for people to work. She puts this into action working with team members and stakeholders across the bank with a focus on ensuring employees have the resources and relationships they need to succeed, the opportunity for their voice to be heard and most importantly feel that they belong. She also leads the employment brand efforts showcasing what makes Commerce a great place to work and ensuring alignment between employment brand and experience. She is a brand ambassador for Commerce internally and externally!
Outside of Commerce, Becki is involved with several local HR organizations and non-profits, and she is a designer with jBloom and she owns a brand management company, b-e-connected, LLC. She is a mom of two hilarious and handsome boys who get it from her husband. They live a very full life and take any opportunity they can to have fun and make a positive impact in the world.
