Bio: Julie Erickson is president and CEO of Rx Outreach, a national nonprofit online pharmacy that helps individuals overcome barriers to accessing lifesaving medications. She is a servant leader committed to the wellbeing of clients while empowering her team who make the mission possible. Her strategic priorities include innovation, collaboration, and diversity to drive growth.
Julie is passionate about the health and wellness of individuals, devoting her 31-year career to the nonprofit sector. She leads multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious goals that support our neighbors and communities.
Julie is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, earning a master’s degree in business and the Professional Achievement Award, which recognizes outstanding academic performance. She is an active member of the community including serving as a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Society, Regional Response Team, and Health Care Industry Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. She is a former examiner on the National Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Program administered through the Department of Commerce, and former board chair of Caritas Family Solutions. She is also a member of the FOCUS Leadership St. Louis 2020-21 class. Julie is recognized by the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis as an honoree of 2023 Salute to Women In Leadership for her impact in empowering communities and changing lives.
Principle-centered, Julie lives out her faith personally and professionally and promotes ethical business practices. A true servant leader, Julie actively seeks to develop and empower employees’ sense of purpose with the Rx Outreach mission.
