Bio: Tim has over 30 years of experience in Marketing in both public and private sectors, profit and nonprofit, companies. Since joining AAIM in 2012, Tim has led the marketing and brand strategy for AAIM. He is responsible for managing resources, content, and various marketing channels to deliver the AAIM brand to the marketplace. Tim’s expertise across all disciplines of marketing translates into creative and effective campaigns to drive customer engagement, revenue, and to position AAIM as a leader in HR business solutions.
Prior to joining AAIM, Tim served as the Director of Marketing and Regional Sales for D&S Car Wash Equipment Company, a leading manufacturer of commercial car wash equipment. In addition to developing marketing and brand strategies, he was also responsible for sales in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area. This sales effort included market research and pro-forma analysis for multi-million dollar projects. During his five years at D&S, he repositioned the brand as a high-quality, boutique supplier and successfully launched many new products to market. Tim also served as a consultant to 80+ company distributors and end-user customers on brand and marketing strategies.
Previous to D&S, Tim was the Manager of Marketing Communications for MEMC/GlobalWafers, a silicon wafer supplier to the $681Billion global semiconductor industry. In this role, Tim was responsible for managing global communications, advertising, and public relations. In addition, he worked with Corporate R&D to brand and launch new products to market, and Corporate Finance to produce MEMC/GlobalWafers Annual Report to Shareholders. Throughout his 22-year career at SunEdison, Tim was instrumental in positioning the MEMC/GlobalWafers as a technology leader.
In addition to his marketing career, Tim is an accomplished photographer with a truly unique claim to fame. He is especially proud that 110 of his photographs-all featuring baseball legend Mark McGwire-are part of the permanent collection at the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum in Cooperstown. If you check out Tim’s LinkedIn profile, you’ll see his iconic shot of Mark McGwire hitting Home Run #70 in 1998, a moment that not only made history but also launched Tim’s five-year photographer contract with Major League Baseball. His work has been published in two MLB coffee table books and continues to be recognized for its impact and storytelling.
