Bio: Pratik has 20+ years in Procurement, in St. Louis for 19 years. Worked at Energizer, Mallinckrodt and now at Mastercard helping driving category strategy for labor, data/AI and also support 6 divisions in Technology Sourcing. Pratik focuses on eliminating waste in all aspects of what he touches to drive a better, faster, cheaper execution. He has 20 years of experience in lean and six sigma principles to drive process discipline.
He is very passionate about diversity and creating opportunities where opportunities would not otherwise exist because he believe when you work with diverse suppliers then diversity will breed diversity, they will be intentional of working with diverse companies to help run their operations as well.
Pratik has been recognized inside Mastercard with CFO award for the labor transformation he has led, a 3X SIA Game Changer award winner, SIA Diversity influencer award winner, St. Louis Fellow (Cohort 7) and recently got his certification online from Wharton for AI/ML – practical uses, ethics, governance.
